Formula Explained
Lot Size = (Balance × Risk%) ÷ (SL Pips × Pip Value per 0.01 lot × 100)
The pip value varies by pair. For XAUUSD (Gold), 1 pip = $1 per 0.01 lot. For standard forex pairs like EURUSD, 1 pip ≈ $0.10 per 0.01 lot. Always verify pip values with your broker as they can differ slightly based on current exchange rates.
